iQ Building London Progress

£8.5m iQ building project is progressing well.

Having secured an £8.5m project to extend the iQ Student Accommodation building in Shoreditch last year, works are progressing well.

 

The first phase of the new reception is nearing completion, alongside the vertical extension of the sky lounge which will see new 15^th and 16^th floors created.  Using careful planning to ensure minimal disruption to the student occupants and neighbouring communities, the MBL team scheduled the renovation of all 280 student accommodation rooms to take place over the summer when the building would be unoccupied. The project is due for completion in September 2019.
