In the heart of Ladbroke Square, MBL refurbished this residential home by extending the basement and the rear to create a spacious dining area and kitchen with a modern edge.
A highlight of the project is a chic new staircase enclosed in Crittal glass, allowing the space to be bathed in natural light and adding a touch of contemporary flair. We also introduced new joinery and a central staircase linking the lower ground to the third floor, giving the space a stylish and practical makeover.
