The primary objective of the project was to repurpose the existing concrete-framed office building into a luxury care home facility, specializing in dementia care. The finished facility is offers an exceptional living environment for its residents, featuring 40 patient rooms along with extensive private and communal healthcare, therapy, and social facilities.
