Transformation of Warehouse in Colliers Wood

A furniture warehouse in Colliers Wood, Greater London is being transformed into a modern, residential development of apartments and houses.

In April 2018, Michael Brady Ltd were appointed as the main contractor for this project in SW19, thanks to their expertise and experience in residential property development. The team are converting the warehouse into 7 brand new residential apartments within a 3-storey apartment block, alongside 2 new build houses set out over 3 floors. The expected completion date is summer 2019.
