Marlborough House, Finchley Road D & B Completion

The successful conversion of two office floors into eighteen high-end apartments. New kitchens and bathrooms were installed to a high-end spec and the common areas were completely refurbished. The floors are serviced by a grand new lift. The project was completed within budget and ahead of schedule for one of our returning clients.
 

This project posed challenges as it was situated on the 2nd and 3rd floor of a 5-storey building, which was occupied on the 1st and 4th floor. Through consistent and frequent communication with the tenants, as well as our clients, we were able to complete the works with minimal disruption, finishing on budget and ahead of schedule.
