MBL are delighted to have been appointed main contractor for the basement and groundworks, as well as the complete Design & Build development for 11 new prestigious apartments in the heart of Acton.

The works in the Ealing Borough Council district of Greater London start with the demolition of existing structures. The groundworks include excavating the basement. This will make way for the construction and fit-out of 11 residential self-contained units in a 5-storey building. It will accommodate high-specification 1-, 2- and 3-bedroom apartments, with a basement accommodating bicycle storage, refuse and amenity space.
