The launch party, attended by many of the West End's key property players, took place in one of the four exquisitely finished apartments just completed for Capricorn by upmarket builder Michael Brady Ltd. To the delightful melodies of a Royal Academy harpist, nearly 150 local agents, bankers, lawyers, interior designers and property consultants were wowed by the apartments that feature the latest high-technology infrastructure behind a painstakingly restored Grade II listed facade. Later, all the visitors took part in a prize draw for a suitably luxurious “Gordon Ramsey at Claridge's” dinner for two. After presenting the £250-value prize to Property Vision's delighted client-agent James Geddes, Capricorn Mayfair Ltd director Ian Edgar said: “Everyone's a winner here at 38 Upper Grosvenor Street today.
